Not perfect, but worth it
The reception staff was cute, offering valuable insights about the island and its attractions. Our stay included a room upgrade with a private pool.
Unfortunately, we encountered some cleanliness issues in the bathroom, including unpleasant odors that detracted from our comfort. The breakfast variety was also disappointing, becoming monotonous after a few days.

The service was good during all my very lovely stay. The room was beautifully maintained with a large bathroom and views of the sea. The location was stunning and amazing, within a close distance from Aegean Designs.

Private pool was fantastic for sunrise views.
The hotel claims to be a 5-star, but it felt much more like a basic hotel. The bathroom was outdated and the drains emitted a horrible smell that pervaded our room. I often found myself begging reception for cleaning supplies just to endure the stay because it was unbearable. They mentioned that they were winding down for the season, but that shouldn't excuse the dreadful condition of the facilities.

It is a brand new rated 5 star hotel 2 weeks old since it was opened to the public. The location is in between Fira which is the main town and Oia. It is walking distance to restaurants, small grocery store. Nicely designed. Helpful Reception staff and breakfast server.
Too early to be rated 5 star. The rooms above us and on one side are not yet ready for guests. We booked our room with private swimming pool but then we also had men workers on the next door having a private viewing of us sunbathing. Drilling and hammering was going on some early mornings. We paid extra for breakfast but then food was not enough for all the residents especially when you arrive 20-15 minutes before closing time. It is like being rationed! The room smells sewage especially if all openings in the bathroom are not closed i.e. sink, bathtub and floor drainage. Housekeeping will not change the towels on a daily basis unless we pile them on the floor. Also toilet rolls are being rationed which is not common to 5 star hotels I have been. The management are more busy with marketing and naming the rooms with luxury names instead of improving the service quality provided by the hotel. The surrounding of the private pools below needs to be cleaned and long dried grasses need to be cut as lizards are creeping from the glass barrier openings coming from that bush into the private pools. However, most probably after more experience and given more time this hotel will improve plus when all the rooms are ready for occupancy then there will be no more workers doing their private viewing in turns!

The staff were first class from the moment we arrived until the moment I left. Jason the bar manager had drinks for us on arrival. Gave us excellent advice on where to go and got us the best tables at all the restaurants. Worth spending a little extra to stay here. 5 star all the way.

Can recommend for a transient stop.
Spacious room, comfortable bed, and the air conditioning worked well during the warm days.
No complaints whatsoever.

i found you had not beverage service or room service something very annoying but everything else made up for that one thing

The Bed was ok
We stayed 1 night and left even though we paid for 5 nights. The Hotel is really off the beaten track it is near nothing. We were looking for a Pool and Beach Vacation. Advertised as overlooking the Ocean it is a 120 Euro round trip to the Beach. The Pool is not Heated. The hot tub is not heated!!!!!

Staying here was quite the experience. The staff was really friendly, especially Bonna who cleaned our room every day, it was always super clean and she left those cute towel displays that brought a smile to our faces.
It wasn't a bargain, but honestly, for the service and comfort, it was acceptable.

Private pool offered refreshing sunrise views. Breakfast variety was decent but lacked freshness. Loved the bike rental option for exploring nearby areas.

It is a nice hotel. the room is big, nice and bright, breakfast is good. welcome drink is good.
the hotel is good so it is really not necessary to have 'overmarketing' . I think they need to clarify that the rooms face to east so there would not be sunset view but only sunrise, and the private pool is not private at all. yes no one else could jump into and swim with you but everybody could see you! I chose the hotel because the private pool but so disappointed!
